IS MY ITEM IN STOCK & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

The majority of our travelwear is currently IN STOCK! The status for each item will be listed on the individual product page below the color selector. Once you have selected your color / size, the website will display current warehouse inventory status.

Shipping will be by next business day for in stock items. International orders ship together, so if a pre-order item is included, the shipment will be held until all items are available to ship. 

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY?

Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee*:

If you are not completely happy with our fit, feel, or function, and as long as the item is received within 90 days from shipping and your item(s) have their tags attached and are in their original unworn condition, we will exchange or refund the cost of the product (less shipping costs). Your request will be processed as promptly as possible.

If an item is received back in poor quality (i.e. tags removed, excessive wrinkling, excessive lint/ hair) a restocking fee may be applied with your request.

*WE CANNOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT HAVE CLEAR SIGNS OF WEAR*

(If an item is received back to us with tags removed and/ or clear signs of wear, you will be notified and the item will be shipped back to you.)

The pants/shirts are fairly true to size and very high quality, so returns are unlikely. However, if a return is needed, please first email [email protected] and then ship them back to us in a new package from the US Postal Service. Include a note with your name, order #, and exchange/refund request.

Your request will be processed in approximately 7-10 business days once we receive your return. If you have a travel deadline, please contact us for advanced options.

Please note: INTL and Domestic Return Shipping is NOT covered by D7 VENTURES LLC at this time.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We offer Overnight Shipping as one of your shipping options at checkout. This is 1-2 business days delivery for US orders, 2-4 business days for international delivery.

Orders generally ship next business day following your purchase with 1-3 business day delivery in the US, as long as the requested item is in stock. This brings your standard shipping time to 2-4 business days.

Our standard domestic shipping is FedEX 2-day and/ or USPS priority mail* which takes, on average, 1-3 business days**.

Standard International orders are shipped via our discretion (unless otherwise requested in advance) through the following services:

USPS First Class mail Intn'l and/ or International Priority Mail, and may be upgraded to FedEx Ground for Canada or Mexico; or DHL/ Fed-EX for other international destinations at our discretion.

If your area has an issue with any of these shipping/ delivery methods, please contact us in advance to see what options are available to ensure minimal issue with your shipment.

Canadian deliveries arrive in approx. 5-10 business days. For all other International deliveries, packages arrive in 10- 21 business days, on average.  

IN THE CASE OF SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S. - duty/taxes/ tariffs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the receiver and are not covered by the shipping cost.***

Express International packages ship via FedEx Express international and/ or DHL Worldwide Express and arrive in 3-7 business days.

Large international orders with Standard Shipping rates may be held to ship all items together, depending on availability and Travel dates.

*Orders totaling over $200 USD require a signature confirmation upon delivery. If the customer requests shipment without signature confirmation, D7 VENTURES LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

**No orders will ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. 

***Orders that are refused by the recipient are not subject to a refund on shipping costs.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM SHIP DATE STATUS?

We do our best to keep a full inventory of our items in stock but often sell out ahead of production schedules. Anticipated arrival dates to our warehouse are listed on the website under the item's color selection, once the preferred color and size is selected. Pre-order dates are also listed next to your item in your shopping cart and in your emailed order summary confirmation.  These dates are anticipated but not guaranteed and may fluctuate depending on updated schedules.

Your order is logged into our system and filled on a first in, first out basis. The pants/shirts are then fast tracked at production and expressed shipped over to our warehouse as quickly as possible.  We work to ensure the highest quality of all products and this can cause shipping dates to be adjusted.  Our service team will keep you updated via email on the status of your pre-order date, as it can change due to our production cycle.  Please contact us at any time for an update on your order via phone (646-422-9222) or email at [email protected] 

IF MY ITEM(S) ARE ON PRE-ORDER, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Payment on all orders is processed at the time the order is placed and logged into our system. 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

P^cubed Pants & Shirts are made in India. Cloth Heart Collection Shirts are made in Turkey. Our Cubed Jackets are produced in China.

DO YOU MAKE PETITE OR PLUS SIZE PANT SIZES?

Currently our smallest size is 30" waist & we produce up to 42" waist in most styles. We appreciate your interest in our products and will offer smaller/larger sizes as soon as possible.

CAN P^cubed BE WORN THROUGH AIRPORT SECURITY WITHOUT SIGNALLING THAT I MUST BE SEARCHED?

Our pants will pass through most airport TSA Scanners. Older style metal detectors will allow you to walk right through. However, the new rotating x-ray type detectors are designed to detect areas of increased volume.

Our designs feature multiple layers of fabric which can show up on newer machines. TSA will quickly discover your amazing choice in travel wear and have been known to comment on how incredible the pants are as you pass through!

ARE YOUR PANTS MACHINE WASHABLE & DO THEY SHRINK?

Yes, all our pants are easy care and can be wash/dried by machine or washed by hand and hung dry while on the road. Each style is different and we suggest you first look at the wash care instruction for each pair of pants/shirts prior to laundering. We suggest cold water wash and tumble dry low.  The garment will be nearly dry after coming out of the wash cycle and we suggest hang drying where possible. Always avoid hot ironing.

As for shrinkage, if the garment is laundered in warm/hot water and it suggests cold water, it can shrink.  So please follow the care instructions to maintain proper sizing. If you are unsure, feel free to contacts us.
